1. Losoong Festival


Losoong is one of the most important festivals in this mesmerizing Indian state in the North East. This festival is the start of Sikkimese New Year. This is also the season of harvesting for the local communities and since the festival also coincides with this time, the celebration and merriment is doubled.

The festival has many traditional folk dances, rituals, and ceremonies. It is one of the most popular festivals of Sikkim.

    Well it was one of the described blog but I would like it more if you put some more videos and pictures which would describe the festival more and would help to know more about this festival.....other than that it was well described and I am eagerly waiting for more blogs...
